My mom and I took the kids up to see the renovated Capitol building today. It's gorgeous! If any of you haven't been up to see it yet, I suggest you do. My dad gave us a little tour but they have docents that will show you around also. We also go to see my dad's new offices which were really nice too. The only problem was that I left my purse in the cafeteria and didn't realize it until we'd arrived home! Thank goodness for honest people - someone found it and turned it in for me. Don't you hate that feeling you get when you lose something like a purse? Talk about a pit in your stomach!

Drew was just telling me about your dad. That's pretty cool to be able to visit him in his office. I have never had any family that is in politics.
Thank goodnees someone was honest enought to give your purse to you when they found it. I am asuming everything was still in it?
